1. What RiyalRate.com is
RiyalRate.com is an information website that displays user-reported remittance rates from Saudi Arabia to several destination countries and provides a simple calculator. We are not a bank, exchange house, remittance provider or financial adviser, and we do not send, receive or hold money for anyone.
2. Information is indicative only
Rates and calculations shown on the site are compiled from user reports and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. They are not an offer or quote from any remittance center. The actual rate, fees and amount received are determined by the provider at the time of your transaction. You are responsible for verifying every detail with the provider before you send money. 3. Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- submit rates you know to be false, misleading or intended to promote or damage a particular provider;
- use automated tools to submit data in bulk, or to scrape, copy or republish the site’s data without our written permission;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its data sources;
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
4. User submissions
When you submit a rate or any other content, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a free, non-exclusive right to use, display, adapt and combine your submission with others to operate and improve the service. We may review, edit, ignore or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish it.
5. Contact form
Messages you send through the contact form are used to respond to you and to improve the site, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your message.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, logo, code and compiled data of RiyalRate.com belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Names and logos of remittance providers mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The website may display advertisements and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and any dealings you have with third parties are between you and them. Any affiliate or sponsored links will be identified as such.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
